It looks as though many many lots of money may have been spent on something that does what it should, but doesn't what is needed/wanted.
It's not my money, so I'm not panicking, but I am talking big money, deposit for a house size money, or maybe even 2 houses in some parts of the country. In the mean time, the knock on effect is that my job, that was taking twice as long as it used to is now taking 5 times as long! Don'tcha just love progress & new technology!

no doubt it cost and arm and a leg for a consultant to come in, in the first place to recommend the changes, and it will take another consultant who also costs the other arm and a leg, to figure out now what to do?

Oh HH, bet two senior members of staff talked to the copier representatives, each saying what they thought was needed, and never bothered to include the person who used the machines, and knew what was needed!
